The Korea Country Awards programme takes stock of the most important developments in the Korea financial services industry today. The purpose of our awards programme is to recognise achievements as well as identify emerging best practices and document case studies that can become benchmarks that future decision makers can draw upon.
We wish to recognize Korean banks for the initiatives they have been taking in the various products and services offered in the retail banking and technology segments. For these awards, Korean regional/ local banks were compared on a national scale.
The programme is an annual jamboree of learning, benchmarking, consulting and celebrating the best banks in Korea across product lines and infrastructure capabilities. It is based on transparent scorecards that have been developed over the years that subscribers to our Retail Banking Working Group and Bank Technology Monitor will be familiar with.
